Manage all aspects of panel project deployment, reporting and panelist facing Web site from one portal

Panel Member Portal

The panel member portal is the public face of your panel. It is an ideal place to describe the objectives of the panel, explain panel member expectations, benefits, and entice perspective panelists to join. The panelist facing portal becomes a central meeting place for panel members, a gateway to the panel site where important messages can be delivered and perspective panel members can join. Current panel members can be directed to take surveys and social networking and community building tools and engagement activities can be deployed.

Panel Project and Site Management

From one interface panel managers can administer panel member user credentials, add/delete portal pages and change copy on the panelist facing site. In addition from the panel platform survey projects can be associated with panel member sample and survey invitations can be created and scheduled.

Panel Activity Reporting

All aspects of panel activity can be monitored and reported from the panel portal. Track email statistics, sample utilization, response rate, completion rates, participation (on project and panel level), recruitment by source, and panel churn. Data is gathered real-time and reports can be exported to several popular formats.
